Cecil’s Y2K Warning

Around November 1999, Cecil came up with this alter ego in the form of “Country Cecil” whereby he would sport a Piatt Equipment hat and a set of Billy-Bob costume teeth and start talking with this southern Ohio-type draw. He came up with thislittle monologue about Y2K that’s authentically funny.
