I loved Pine in 1995 when I had one email account on a remote UNIX System V user account. The only messages I received were from fellow plain texters.

But somewhere along the way, my life became complicated by GUI-cheese & having to read attachments. And then OS X Mail.app got a lot better.

I bow to your purity.

Hey, I ran across your blog from BarCampTexas.

You should give mutt a shot. If nothing else it has a kick ass slogan: "All mail clients suck. This one just sucks less"

The only famous person I know that uses it is Greg K-H.
