Case Mod, 2.4.18-pre1
I finally got my case modded on meson, my linux machine. I added a window, and a tux window etching. A big thanks goes out T-T-O-D for letting me use his house, and craftsman rotary tool, and four hours of his time. To celebrate the case mod, I upgraded the kernel to 2.4.18-pre1. Pics of the mighty case will be available soon (as soon as Matt Mock gets back from Podunkville, Ohio.)
Added a Pic, Now running: 2.4.17-pre7
I added a picture of Curtis to the pictures page. Also, I just got 2.4.17-pre7 (rml preemptive) up and running on my firewall.
The new kernel maintainer seems to be releasing kernel patches much more frequently than Linus. It looks like 2.4.17-pre8 is out tonight with some netfilter fixes.
Firewall Rules Updated
I updated my firewall rules. I added some commented-out iptables rules for using a Nortel Extranet Client to connect to a CES from behind the firewall.
Upgraded to preemptive 2.4.17-pre4
I just got preemptive 2.4.17-pre4 running on ye ole firewall.
